Hi, I’m Bec. I’m a neurodivergent social worker offering compassionate virtual body doubling, co working sessions, and gentle support for everyday tasks.
Body doubling is a way of being alongside someone — a supportive presence while you navigate everyday tasks, decisions, or moments of overwhelm.
It can reduce overwhelm, offer gentle accountability, and create space for focus, rest, and self-compassion.
My sessions are informed by neurodivergent lived experience and offer supportive accompaniment to adults across diverse bodies, minds, and life experiences including mental health, disability, chronic illness, and life transitions.
My practice is grounded in lived experience, anti pathologising values, and a deep commitment to honouring neurodivergent ways of being.
You are welcome to unmask, stim, fidget, take breaks, or communicate in whatever way feels right for you. This is a space to be yourself without pressure or judgment.
