Bec offers offer low-pressure, neuroaffirming 1:1 virtual support work and coaching for adults who want practical help, structure, and a supportive thinking partner — without therapy or clinical intervention.
You may find my support beneficial if you are neurodivergent, chronically ill/spoonie, disabled, have mental health challenges, are parenting, a retiree, experiencing perimenopause, or from gender-, body-, and culturally-diverse communities.
Bec does not provide therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment.
Bec offers a range of group sessions, all generally grounded in the practice of body doubling — a way of working alongside others that can make everyday tasks, projects, and life admin feel more manageable and less isolating.
While each group may have a slightly different focus (such as life admin, creative projects, or self-care), they all share a similar, gentle structure designed to support engagement without overwhelm.
Sessions typically include a short arrival and intention-setting period, a longer stretch of shared focus time, and an optional wrap-up at the end. You are always welcome to participate in whatever way suits your capacity on the day.
The space is intentionally low-pressure. There is no expectation to share, perform, or achieve a particular outcome. Some people work actively, others move more slowly, and some simply benefit from being present in the space.
A range of flexible supports are available, including options around camera use, audio, check-ins, and pacing. You are encouraged to use your own strategies — whether that’s timers, sensory supports, breaks, or movement — in whatever way works for you.
These sessions are not about productivity in a pressured sense, but about creating conditions where things can feel more possible. The presence of others can support focus, regulation, and a sense of being alongside rather than alone.
